Our 30-Day Return Promise
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any item for a refund or exchange. Whether the size isn’t quite right, the color doesn’t suit your style, or you simply changed your mind, we make returns simple and stress-free.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused: Items must be in the same condition as received
- Original tags attached: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- No signs of wear: Free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage
- Original packaging: Returned in original protective packaging when possible
- Within 30 days: Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Return Your Order
Returning your Sp5der order is simple. Follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (size issue, defective, changed mind, etc.)
- Photos of the item(s) showing condition and tags
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, our team will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions including the return shipping address. Please do not return items without first receiving your RA number, as unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached. Include your RA number visibly on the package. Ship using a tracked courier service to the return address provided.
Important: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost during transit without tracking.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange. You’ll receive an email confirmation when this is complete.

We Cover Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return label or full shipping reimbursement when:

Exchanges
